- Description
The Reintegration Program is a voluntary program for youth completing a probation order or a period of detention, offered in collaboration with the Youth Intervention Centre, Youth Probation Services, and Custody/Detention Facilities.
Youth are supported with goal setting, skill-building, and resource navigation, with the goal of assisting youth in re-entering their communities.
