456-bed long-term care home * residential care for private rooms, semi-private rooms, and basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals * secure dementia unit * convalescent care, stroke rehabilitation * specific unit for Japanese residents, cluster areas for Estonian, Hungarian, Korean and Portuguese residents

Short-Stay Care (Public) - 3 short-stay beds (respite care for people who have caregivers in need of temporary relief) * publicly funded * offered up to 90 days per year, as available * residents have access to the same services as long-stay residents

Convalescent Care Program - 12-bed short-stay program for people who no longer need acute care in a hospital setting but need more time to regain full function before returning home * services include nursing, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy to help patients meet rehabilitation goals
