- 12 fully accessible one-bedroom apartments * client-directed support services outlined in an individual support service agreement and individual service plan * prescheduled services as needed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
Services include:- personal grooming and hygiene
- assistance with eating, toileting and housekeeping

- People 16 years and older with disabilities, who need physical supports * able to direct their own personal support services and establish goals
