- Description
This is a pre-trial program to help the Court and the accused person in the assignment and fulfillment of bail conditions. Verification of the accused's community circumstances is obtained to help the Court set bail requirements. In cases of financial hardship, a reporting requirement to the Bail Program may replace the condition for cash or surety bail.
This program is funded by the Ministry of the Attorney General.
