- Information Sessions for Senior Empowerment - monthly sessions covering settlement, health, mental wellness, scams, fraud, elder abuse awareness, and legal matters
- Smarty Senior Sessions - weekly brain teaser games and practical money sense activities promoting cognitive function and memory retention
- Buddy Talk Interest Club - weekly social programs, which include tea and talk, games club and music therapy activities promoting socialization and community connections
- Stay Active Program - weekly physical activities including stretch and strength, chair yoga, line dancing, cardio and Fitness Friday
- Check In-Call Program - volunteers provide regular check-in calls to isolated seniors who are unable to access in-person programs
- One-on-One Senior Support - virtual and in-person support
