- Description
FASD Consultants:
- provide consultation, coaching, education, training and service coordination to families, caregivers and professionals who are supporting individuals with suspected or diagnosed FASD
FASD Diagnostic Clinic:
- assessment services are also available for children and youth
- the Assessment Team provides multi-disciplinary assessments, recommendations, and assistance with referrals to appropriate community programs
- assessment services are offered in partnership with the Halton FASD Collaborative
- Eligibility
- Ages: 17 year(s) and under People supporting individuals 17 years and under, or individuals 21 years and under registered in school, with possible or diagnosed FASD Assessment services are available for children and youth ages 2-25
