- day treatment education program for youth within the program
- highly structured environment where residents work on attaining goals set for themselves in consultation with family, therapist and primary worker in the residence
- families are an integral part of the client's time in treatment and attend weekly sessions with family therapist and live-in treatment worker
- allows youth to develop improved social, coping, and life skills
- residence staff work closely with youth, family and therapist to review goals and treatment plans on a continuous basis
- average length of stay is 3-6 months
