- group discussions on teen issues, current events and spiritual questions
- indoor activities include pool, ping pong, video games, art station, weight room, board games, cards and more
- outdoor activities such as ball hockey, soccer, basketball and other fun activities
- a meaningful refuge from pressures that may exist at school, home and other places
