- Provides short-term individual and group psychotherapy for adults with acute mental health issues using cognitive behavioural, solution-focused, interpersonal and psychodynamic therapies
Services include:- individual and group therapy for people experiencing depression and anxiety disorders
- evidence-based models such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness CBT
