Provides multidisciplinary assessment to determine eligibility and short-term treatment for adults with mild to moderate eating disorder symptoms * adults must be medically stable to be eligible for the program * adults with more severe and chronic symptoms would benefit from a more intensive treatment program * team includes social workers, a dietician, nurse practitioner and psychiatrist
Services include:- mandatory group based programming consisting of a psychoeducation group and a skills building group
- individual care and support
- medical monitoring in collaboration with the referring primary care provider
- nutritional assessment and counselling
