This facility features a 250 metre timber track designed to meet requirements set by the International Cycling Union for international competitions. Serves as both a community recreation facility and a venue for provincial, national and international events.

- fitness centre, fitness studio suitable for spinning, yoga, pilates classes
- 300 metre walking/jogging/training track
- 3 gymnasium courts suitable for basketball, volleyball, badminton, pickleball and group events
- bike rentals
- multi-purpose room (accommodates 30 people)
