• accepts positive feedback about HRPS members by email at [email protected]

Complaints About Officer Conduct

• concerns may be resolved by speaking with a supervisor at any HRPS station
• formal complaints may be filed directly with Professional Standards or with the Law Enforcement Complaints Agency (LECA), Ontario's independent oversight body that manages police conduct complaints

Complaints About HRPS Policies or Services

• all complaints regarding police service policies or services are investigated by the Inspector General of Policing
• complainants must contact the Inspector General directly to file these complaints

• compliments submitted by email to [email protected]
• conduct concerns may be discussed with an on-duty supervisor at any HRPS station
• formal conduct complaints submitted to Professional Standards or to LECA
• policy and service complaints submitted directly to the Inspector General of Policing
