- confidential, individualized virtual mental health and addictions counselling
- discuss concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationships, identity, school challenges, and life transitions
- youth-centred, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual's goals, helping youth build coping skills, resilience, and emotional well-being
Virtual Youth Mental Health and Addictions Group
- supportive online group setting where youth can connect with peers facing similar challenges
- education, discussion, and skill-building related to mental health, substance use, coping strategies, and emotional regulation
- youth encouraged to share experiences, reduce feelings of isolation, and develop healthy tools for managing stress and life challenges

- Youth 15-20 years, other ages may be permitted if needed
