- door to door trips may be booked for a specific day and time, on a flexible pick-up basis, or by subscription for recurring daily, weekly or monthly trips

- Eligibility
- Persons experiencing a short term or permanent disability that prevents them from using conventional public transit, or prevents them from using conventional public transit under certain conditions
- disabilities defined by the Ontario Human Rights Code; including, but not limited to physical, sensory, cognitive or mental health disabilities
- considered on a case-by-case basis
- some disabilities may require confirmation by a healthcare professional
