- This program serves older adults in Scarborough with issues surrounding substance use and behavioural addictions such as gambling * Together with a case manager, under a harm reduction framework, older adults work towards independent living and towards better health, social and economic outcomes.
- Eligibility
- Older adults, aged 55+, with problematic substance use/gambling or concurrent disorders, who are homeless/marginally housed, have no legal concerns and willing to work on a recovery plan with a Case Manager.
