- In-home supports for the activities of daily living * personal care support workers assist with:
- medication monitoring
- bathing, toileting, grooming and dressing
- escort to appointments
- light meal preparation
- walking exercise
- Day program at home - provides activities and chair exercises to help housebound clients stay engaged for those clients who may not be able to make it out to the on-site Day program

- Adults 55 years and older
