- Extended Stream - Applicants are matched with a volunteer across Canada offering virtual (phone, email, virtual calls) supports to connect with an ongoing basis * 6 month duration * wait time 1-6 weeks
- One Call Stream - Applicants with a specific question related to MS can apply to connect with a one time volunteer * 1 hour phone call with a volunteer specialized in living with MS
These services are not meant to replace seeking professional medical care- Eligibility
People with multiple sclerosis and their families, friends and/or caregivers * general public for information
