- People living with HIV/AIDS. Residency Requirements: • Clinical Primary CareProgram: south of Bloor Street, north of Lake Ontario, west of the Don River,east of Yonge Street• CAAT: open to all residents of the Greater Toronto Area based on targetgroup affiliations• Blue Door Clinic: must be non-insured/ under insured andliving in the Greater Toronto Area
