- Coordinate and link with volunteers to assist and accompany them for medical appointments and grocery shopping
- clients are responsible for their own transportation payment
- volunteers do not provide personal vehicle transportation

- Older adults aged 65 and older and adults with physical disabilities * only available for people who need on-going support
