CARES (Community Access to Relational & Educational Skill-building)
- virtual training and implementation program that supports healthcare organizations in offering a structured, trauma-focused therapy group for adults with histories of childhood interpersonal trauma
- Eligibility
- Individuals of all genders 18 years and over experiencing mental health problems resulting from a childhood history of interpersonal trauma Residency Requirements: must live in Ontario, outside of "M" postal code (outside City of Toronto)
- Application Process
- Referral from a physician or a nurse practitioner providing primary care; clients must attend an orientation session
