School Student Immunization Record Review Program
- Description
The program manages and coordinates data and immunization records including request, and assessment of immunization records and documentation from parents and guardians of school-aged children who have been immunized, according to:
- the Immunization of School Pupils Act (ISPA)
- Childcare and Early Years Act (CCEYA)
- immunization clinics
Unless exempted, students whose immunization records are not up-to-date may be suspended
