Ride Connect provides transportation to and from Oakville, Mississauga, Malton, Etobicoke, Woodbridge and Brampton areas
- client base is primarily seniors and clients with disabilities
- specialize in rides to and from Dialysis and Adult Day Service Programs
- also provide rides to medical appointments, as well as social events depending on capacity of the program
- a fleet of wheelchair accessible vans as well as large 15 accessible passenger vans and buses are available when traveling with larger groups

- Eligibility
Any senior ages 55+ or persons with a disability
- if the client is travelling with a caregiver, there is no extra charge for the caregiver
- if a passenger does not have a someone to travel with, an escort can be provided for passenger assistance during ride
- Application Process
- Call to request service - same day service bookings are available
- any cancellation will require the clients to notify the office as soon as possible prior to the scheduled ride
- cancellations and “no-shows” will be charged the equivalent of a one-way ride if not cancelled 24hrs in advance
