- Adult day prgram * supervised and supported social, educational, therapeutic and recreational activities for Chinese and other older adults with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias in a group setting for part of the day * support to family caregivers include:
- supportive counselling
- snacks and hot lunch
- personal care (feeding and toileting)
- transportation to the program within serving boundary
- Eligibility
- People with Alzheimer's Disease or related dementias * Ontario Health atHome care coordinators assess the needs of applicants
