- Description
- For older adults 65 and older living with dementia, cognitive impairments, persons who are disabled, frail as well as older adults who are socially isolated:
- social integration, physical, recreational and social activities for clients
- friendly and secure environment
- professional caring staff and volunteers
- nutritious meals and snacks
- transportation may be provided, at an additional cost, if required * transportation to and from the program may be provided within catchment area, and depending upon space availability and client's availability to safely manage vehicle entry and exit

- Older adults experiencing dementia and people with disabilities, who need physical, social, or emotional supports
