Mobility Medical Transportation

Description

Provides non-emergency assisted transportation for individuals who are physically or cognitively disabled * offers continuous companion services for individuals who may need additional help or supervision * wheelchair transportation staff all have standard first aid and CPR/AED level C

passengers are accompanied to and from their appointment and during the wait time
no wait times for pick up and return for appointments
will get passengers to their appointment on time and be there when the appointment ends
wheelchair can be provided if required

Eligibility

People who are able to sit upright in a wheelchair and are not likely to be in need of medical attention during transport

Residency Requirements: Burlington, Milton, Mississauga West, and Oakville * will provide rides from the listed areas to Hamilton and Toronto as needed
