- Caregiver Recharge provides free, temporary, in-home relief by a certified Personal Support Worker (PSW) for primary, informal caregivers experiencing high stress providing support for their loved ones * there are eligibility requirements to access this service as well as limitations to service, such as transportation or intensive nursing care
