- Description
- Provides one bath per week in the client's home * reduces the risk of a fall * Personal Support Worker (PSW) can simply be on hand to supervise or can provide as much practical assistance as required including preparing the bathroom, assisting with washing, drying and dressing, and cleaning up the bathroom afterward
- Eligibility
- Seniors or adults with disabilities * must be ambulatory, weight bearing and able to direct their own care * must be able to get in and out of bath with minor assistance and has appropriate equipment such as bath chair/seat, bathmat and grab bars
