Hospice Care:- hospice coordinators meet with clients and caregivers in their home to understand their physical and emotional needs * support, educate and connect to resources in the community
- trained volunteers can provide respite for caregivers, practical assistance and a listening ear
- in-home wellness services include complementary therapies and music therapy

- support groups: spousal/partner loss; adult child loss; mixed loss; virtual drop-in

Hospice Palliative Helpline: 905-667-1865- confidential counselling and emotional support by phone or video conference

Candlelight Memorial Service- memorial service evening to remember and honour the persons who passed away
- non-denominational service is held annually in May
- a committee of community volunteers and staff work together to plan the service each year
