Dementia Care- one-on-one caregiver support
- caregiver education sessions

- memory visiting (trained volunteers provide companionship, some respite)

Hospice Care and Bereavement Support - Emotional, social and spiritual support, companionship, respite care for people and their family/caregivers dealing with a life-limiting illness * services provided at home
Tele-Touch - A telephone reassurance program where volunteer callers phone lonely, isolated or frail older adults, providing friendly conversation, security and reassurance * volunteers call according to a pre-arranged schedule * if the volunteer is unable to reach the client, the agency will follow up until we establish that the client is safe and sound * provides ongoing support to clients and can help clients access additional services as their needs change * volunteer opportunities available (apply online) * also provides security check-in calls
