In-home services:- personal home assistant to provide help with housekeeping and laundry, home upkeep and daily tasks, meal preparation, computer assistance, pet care, companionship, transportation and accompaniment
- personal care assistant to help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, etc.
- transportation to medical appointments, hospital visits, grocery shopping, etc. * accessible bus with ramp * advance booking is recommended * call to book and to inquire about nominal fees
Online programming:- live exercise classes for all fitness levels * taught by knowledgeable and experienced instructors * check website to view schedule
- social programs with interactive activities including workshops, entertainment, and discussions
- provides education through live tutorials and guest speakers offering expertise, advice, and tips on a variety of topics for older adults
