Offering programs and services to support, nurture and empower children and their families as they learn and grow together

EarlyON Programs

  • free programs for parents, caregivers and children, newborn to under 6 years of age
  • offer interactive play programs where children can engage in age appropriate learning activities that support development
  • parents/caregivers interact with their children, attend workshops, learn parenting tips, network with other parents/caregivers and borrow resources from the OPCC resource library
  • from story-time to parent time, find free programs and support that will help you learn and explore together

Early Learning at Home

  • designed to help keep early learners engaged at home with themes like dinosaurs, cooking and gardening
  • Families are also able to sign-out a provincial park pass

Enrichment Programs

  • Enrichment classes, offer children the opportunity to enhance development with access to certified and specialized instructors.
  • Children are introduced to music, art, reading, and other forms of creative learning to give them a head start.

Outdoor Education Programs

  • opportunities for children to access the many benefits of outdoor learning and nature immersion

  • Forest and Nature programs follow the guiding principles of Forest and Nature schools in Canada, as outlined by the Child and Nature Alliance of Canada

  • In line with best practises, all programs are overseen by an Ontario Certified Teacher and a certified Forest and Nature School Practitioner

A selection of licensed childcare options, including 2, 3, and 5 day options of:

  • Toddler, 18 Months to 2½ years, Full-Day Childcare Program
