Eye care program through OHIP for children, older adults and adults aged 20-64 years with eligible medical conditions * includes major eye exams and minor assessments

Additional eye care supports available for Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) or Ontario Works recipients
Eligibility
OHIP eligibility:
  • Children and youth 19 years old or younger are eligible
  • Adults 20 to 64 years old with an eligible medical condition affecting your eyes
  • Adults 65 years and older and do not have an eligible medical condition affecting the eyes are also eligible
