Health Services - health services and programs * OHIP not required

Homeless/Outreach/Harm Reduction Program - Clinics open to current clients only/no walk ins * safe injection site open * harm reduction supplies given at door * all other programs temporarily closed

Immigrant/Refugee Programs - COVID-19 Service Change: Services by appointment over the phone

Pathways to Education - Academic and financial supports for high school students

Community Health Workers - Provides information, referrals, supportive counselling, case management, advocacy * walk-in and outreach services for newcomers, families and homeless people

Hepatitis C Program - Support, education and treatment for individuals with chronic Hepatitis C * weekly group includes information, education, social support and preparation for treatment cycle * OHIP not required

Social Work - Short term (up to 20 sessions) goal focused counselling, case management, and advocacy * referral to other services available in the community including food banks and housing supports
