- workshops for parents of preschool children
- health eating for seniors and newcomers
- pre and post-natal group
- one-on-one or group nutritional counselling by a registered dietitian
- Eligibility
- Persons living in catchment area or persons who are homeless
Residency Requirements: South of Gerrard, north of King, west of the Don River, east of Sherbourne - Application Process
- Referral required for individual nutrition counselling appointment. Referral can be faxed to the Health Centre if clients meet the Eligibility Requirement and Area Served
