Toronto Community Hepatitis C Program (TCHCP) - Support , education and treatment to people living with or at risk of acquiring Hepatitis C infection - Eligibility
- Catchment area varies by program * priority to new immigrants * Chinese community * young children and their families * women * older adults * persons without health insurance * persons who are homeless * persons with drug or mental health issues
