Case manager assist youth in navigating various parts of the social system, including education, employment, housing, income supports, legal and immigration

Additional supports available for pregnant individuals and young parents
Eligibility
Youth of 16-29 years who are homeless, or couch surfing with friends, low income, in or out of school, living with emotional and mental health issues and/or substance use * youth immigrants or refugees

Residency Requirements: College St (north) to Lake Ontario (south), Dovercourt Rd (west) to Yonge St (east) * medical services without Ontario Health Insurance - Dupont St (north) to Lake Ontario (south), Dovercourt Rd (west) to Yonge St (east) * Homeless and indigenous youth are not bound by catchment area
