- Eligibility
- For ages 17 years and under
- limited assistance is available for youth and children 17 years and under
- assistance is limited to two programs per person per season
- assistance is based on family income before deductions and whether other assistance has already been provided to a family for the current registration time
- only two weeks of summer camp assistance if available
