- Description
A specialized program designed to support young people aged 25 and under who meet Quest's priority population criteria. The multidisciplinary team includes a Community Health Worker, Therapist, and Peer Worker, working collaboratively to provide comprehensive, youth-centered care.

- Youth 25 and under who fall under one or more of Quests priority populations are eligible:
- Persistent mental health concerns
- Substance use/Addiction concerns
- 2SLGBTQ+
- Homeless/Housing concerns
- Low income
