Free, confidential service provided in a supportive, comfortable 12-bed program which is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The centre provides crisis intervention, withdrawal management, rest, nutrition and hygiene restarts, assessments, supportive counseling and self help groups, consultation, treatment referrals and discharge planning in a supportive, supervised setting for alcohol and other drug issues.

An inter-disciplinary team of health care providers who provide coordinated medical, nursing and psycho-spiritual care services as well as bereavement care services to individuals facing life-threatening illness and their family. The team works in consultation with the family physicians, Home and Community Care, community service provider agencies, West Lincoln Memorial hospital, Long term-care facilities and McNally House Hospice. The team travels to meet people in the most appropriate setting of care.

An Ontario Breast Screening Program site for early detection of breast cancer in women 50 years and over.

Screening includes a four-view mammography. Screening results are sent to both the woman and her doctor. Women who receive normal results are automatically recalled for their next screening appointment. Women who receive abnormal results are referred to their doctor for further investigation or are referred directly for additional tests

Doctors, nurses, and other health professionals assess and treat life-threatening injuries or severe illness.

Provides assessment and treatment to individuals age 16 and older with suspected mental health or serious mental health problems. Both assessment and treatment is evidence-based/science informed. Services are conducted by a multidisciplinary team consisting of social work, nursing, occupational therapy, medicine/psychiatry, and other allied health professionals.

The service also offers an early psychosis intervention (EPI) service for individuals experiencing a first episode of psychosis between the ages of 14 and 35.

Additional services are available for transition age youth (16-25), substance involved youth with mental health difficulties (16-25), and adults with mental health and substance disorders.

A 35-bed residence offering a comprehensive range of services for people recovering from alcohol and substance use.

Residential Treatment Services -- an 21-day residential, co-educational, treatment program focusing on addiction recovery through stabilization, education, skill development, health promotion and aftercare planning.
